熟悉企业全面运作,企业经营管理、各部门工作流程,具有敏锐的商业触觉,具备基本的网络知识,熟练使用办公软件;
8年以上工作经验,5年以上本行业或相近行业管理经验,2年以上高层管理经验。

Position Qualifications
Familiar with local laws and regulations, customs, consumption habits and management style, with strong leadership, interpersonal and social activities;
Good at coordination, communication, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism;
Possess professional judgment ability, decision-making ability, planning ability, strong negotiation ability and execution ability;
Have good professionalism and professional ethics;
Possess professional knowledge and skills, familiar with corporate business and operational processes, and have advanced management concepts;
Familiar with the overall operation of the enterprise, enterprise operation and management, and the work flow of each department, with a keen business sense, with basic network knowledge, and proficient in using office software;
More than 8 years of work experience, more than 5 years of management experience in this industry or similar industries, and more than 2 years of senior management experience.
